SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Former BYU and soon-to-be NFL quarterback Zach Wilson signed an endorsement deal with Nike and Nike Football.
The sporting brand shared the news with a post on social media on Tuesday, April 20.
“It’s time to take the stage,” Nike Football tweeted alongside a video of some highlights from Wilson’s career at BYU.
The phrases “WELCOME TO THE FAMILY” and “STRONGER THAN ONE” were featured in the middle of the highlights.

Wilson played three seasons of college football at BYU, which is a Nike sponsored program.
During his time with the Cougars, the quarterback not only wore BYU gear featuring Nike’s “Swoosh” logo but he also sported headbands featuring Nike’s Jordan brand “Jumpman” logo.
In 2019, BYU Athletics and Nike agreed to a contract extension that runs through the 2025-26 season.
2021 NFL Draft
Wilson will find out which team he’ll play for during the 2021 NFL Draft in April.
The draft is scheduled to be held in Cleveland, Ohio from April 29-May 1.
It will broadcast on ESPN and NFL Network.
