SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – You think you love the Utah Jazz? You might not like them as much as this fan from the Philippines who got an ultra-life-like tattoo of Sixth Man Jordan Clarkson on his right calf.
Clarkson, a noted tattoo connoisseur himself saw the ink on Instagram and shared appreciation for the work and dedication.
“Wow this is so tuff!!!” Clarkson responded. “Appreciate the love!!!”
The tattoo was done by Jac Brizuela, a tattoo artist in the Philippines who specializes in realistic portraits.
Clarkson’s grandmother was born in Manila where the Sixth Man of the Year favorite has become a national hero.
The Jazz guard, who identifies as Filipino-American, is the only current NBA player with Filipino heritage and played for the national team at the 2018 Asian Games.
Clarkson isn’t the only NBA player that Brizuela has recreated in a tattoo. The Filipino artist also gave one lucky fan this amazing portrait of Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James.
What do you think Jazz fans, if you could get a portrait this realistic, which player would you want to carry on your body permanently?
